Digital inspections

See what we see, before you spend a dollar

Every inspection comes with photos, notes and a simple rating for each item. You read the report on your phone and decide what happens next.

How it works

From check-in to keys, five clear steps

The process is the same for every vehicle, whether you came in for an oil change or a strange noise.

  1. Check-in

We confirm your concerns, note your mileage and ask about anything you have noticed, such as noises, smells or warning lights.

  2. Inspection with photos

A technician goes through the vehicle, checking brakes, tires, fluids, belts, suspension and more. Anything worth knowing gets a photo and a short note.

  3. Report sent to your phone

You receive the inspection by text or email. Open it anywhere to see the photos, measurements and our recommendations in plain English.

  4. You approve or decline each item

Choose what to fix today, what to schedule later and what to skip. Nothing is done without your approval, and the estimate is listed line by line.

  5. Work and follow-up

We complete the approved repairs, road-test the vehicle and walk you through the invoice. Items you postponed stay on file for your next visit.

Proof, not pressure

A report you can read at your own pace

Most of us cannot see a worn brake pad or a seeping gasket for ourselves. A photo with a short explanation makes it easy to understand, and just as easy to say no.

Because the report stays on your phone, you can show it to a partner, compare it with your budget or take your time before you answer.

  • Photos of the parts we are talking about
  • Measurements where they matter, such as brake pad thickness and tire tread
  • Notes written by the technician who looked at your vehicle
  • A saved history of what was checked and when

Why it helps

What a digital inspection does for you

Fewer surprises

You see the problem before the estimate arrives, so the price makes sense when it does.

Decisions on your schedule

Approve or decline from your phone, at work or at home, without waiting by the counter.

A record of your vehicle

Past inspections show how your vehicle is aging, so you can plan maintenance instead of reacting to breakdowns.

What the colors mean

Every item gets a simple rating

We rate each item so you can tell at a glance what matters now and what does not.

Green: good

The item was checked and is in good shape. No action is needed.

Yellow: watch or plan ahead

The item shows wear or will need attention soon. It is not urgent, but we may suggest scheduling it.

Red: needs attention

The item is a safety concern or likely to cause further damage. We recommend fixing it soon, and we will explain why.

Inspection questions

Good to know before you come in

Does the inspection cost extra?

The cost depends on the service. We tell you what is included before we start, and we confirm any charge with you before work begins.

What if I don't have a smartphone?

No problem. We can send the report by email, or a service advisor can go through the photos with you at the counter or over the phone.

Do I have to approve every recommendation?

No. You choose item by item. We will explain what is urgent and what can wait, and anything you decline stays noted on your record.
