How estimates work
The same four steps apply to every repair, so there are no surprises when you pick up your keys.
A technician checks the vehicle, finds the cause of the problem and records photos and notes of what we see.
Parts, labor and any shop fees are listed line by line and sent to your phone, with each item marked urgent or can wait.
Approve or decline each repair. Nothing starts until you say yes, and we call first if the scope changes.
We complete the approved work, road-test the vehicle and walk you through the invoice, which matches the estimate.
Our warranty
Every repair we complete is covered on parts and labor for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. If something we fixed isn't holding up, bring it back and we'll make it right.
