General

Visits, appointments and payment

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended because they guarantee your slot. We also keep room each day for urgent problems and quick checks, so call us if something cannot wait.

Can I wait, or should I drop the car off?

Oil changes, inspections and many small repairs can be done while you wait. For longer jobs, drop the car off and we will update you by text as the work progresses.

Can you do my repair?

Most likely. We handle maintenance, brakes, steering, diagnostics, electrical, engine, transmission, A/C and heating on cars, SUVs and light trucks. If a job is outside our scope, we will say so and point you in the right direction.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept major credit and debit cards, cash and checks. If a larger repair is a stretch, ask us about payment options before you approve the work.

Will I get an estimate before work starts?

Yes, always. You receive a written estimate with photos, and we do not start until you approve it. If we find something new, we call you first.

Maintenance

Oil changes, hybrids and routine care

Do you do oil changes?

Yes, every day we are open. Most oil changes are finished while you wait, and we check fluids, tires and belts at the same time.

What does an oil change cost?

Synthetic oil changes start at $79 (demo price). The final price depends on your engine, the type and amount of oil and the filter, so call us for an exact quote.

Do you work on hybrids?

Yes. More drivers are choosing hybrids, and we service most of them, including brakes, cooling, A/C and routine maintenance. Call us with your make and model and we will confirm what we can do.

How do I know when my car is due for service?

Your owner's manual is the best guide. We can also review your vehicle's service history and recommend a schedule based on mileage and how you drive.

Do you perform wheel alignments?

Yes, two-wheel and four-wheel alignments. We adjust your suspension to factory specifications so your tires wear evenly and the vehicle drives straight.

Repairs and warranty

Warning lights, repairs and our guarantee

My check engine light is on. What should I do?

If the light is steady, book a diagnostic visit soon. If it is flashing or the car runs rough, reduce your speed and call us right away. We read the codes, test the system and tell you the cause before recommending a repair.

Can you test electrical problems?

Yes. We test batteries, starters, alternators, wiring and sensors with proper diagnostic tools, so we replace only what has actually failed.

What do the ABS, traction control and airbag lights mean?

Each light means the related system has found a fault and may not work when you need it. The brakes will usually still work, but have the vehicle checked soon, especially if the airbag light is on.

Do you handle catalytic converters and emissions repairs?

Yes. We diagnose emissions problems, replace catalytic converters when they have failed and can install theft deterrents. Requirements vary by area, so we will explain what applies to your vehicle.

What does your warranty cover?

Repairs are covered for 24 months or 24,000 miles on parts and labor, whichever comes first. Keep your invoice, and call us if anything seems wrong so we can take a look.
