Getting your car to us
Drop-off and pickup options
You should not have to rearrange your day for a repair. Choose the option that fits.
Tell us which town you are coming from when you book and we will suggest the easiest option.
- Wait in the lobby for oil changes, inspections, and short repairs
- Morning drop-off with updates by text and a pickup time we agree on
- After-hours key drop if you cannot reach us during opening hours
- Rides and rentals can often be arranged for longer jobs; ask when you book

Questions from out-of-town customers
Is it worth driving from a nearby town?
Many customers do. Digital inspections, written estimates, and a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty mean you rarely need a second trip, and you approve everything by phone.
Can you work on my car while I am at work?
Yes. Drop it off in the morning or leave the keys in the after-hours box the night before. We send photos and an estimate, and nothing is done until you approve it.
What if my car cannot be driven?
Call us first. We will talk through what is happening and help you decide whether to arrange a tow to the shop. We never start work without your approval.
